Our loft offers the charm of an early 1900's building with exposed brick and open rafter ceilings. The building was completely remodeled in 2017. Professionally decorated and beautiful views from every window. Luxury linens and down comforters with high thread count duvets that are changed between every guest. Keurig provided with a variety of coffees. Water, snacks, and other items are provided.

The loft comes with one indoor garage parking spot that can accommodate ONLY COMPACT AND SMALLER MIDSIZE vehicles. Elevator access to 2nd floor from garage or use back stairs. There is also a front street entrance with a set of steps that leads you to the loft. The building has other Lofts available on Airbnb. NO EVENTS , NO PARTIES AND NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS.

There is a paid parking lot next door to building and plenty of metered street parking spots. Metered spots do not have to be paid in evenings or weekends.

We love hosting and ask that you respect our building and any of the other guests by NOT SMOKING and be aware of noise. The Loft comes with only 1 garage spot that holds only SMALL/MIDSIZE CARS and SUVS. There is additional street parking that is free on nights and weekends.
